HEPRP informs educators of special exhibits, performances, and lectures that are appropriate for their students. In some cases, HEPRP arranges for traveling theatrical groups to come to particular schools or finds a central location where several groups of students can come together for a production.

When possible, the Program Director previews these productions and provides educators with study guides or other materials to assist them in orienting their students to the programs they will view.
